Chat text says: Garreth weight is 2.1kg Okay so with these shipping labels for Simple Delivery, if there are slight discrepancies between the weight or dimensions, the carrier has been instructed to still accept the parcel and issues with underpaid labels would be dealt with after the fact. Garreth That is part of the agreement set up with Royal Mail and Evri. Garreth ok I went through this on Thursday. The post office refused to take it. I gave the Post office address They should only reject the parcel if it is outside of the max weight the carrier will handle. Evri up to 15kg and Royal Mail up to 20kg. Garreth so do you want me to go and fight the postmaster?
