December: Rekindling the spark #Karabita
An illustration of Chibita, this time featuring Karamatsu, drawn within a green frame and labelled as "December". Chibita has just stepped foot into his apartment, bearing a surprise for his partner. However, to his shock, Karamatsu has also prepared one for him. Both of them are wearing a look that screams "I have totally misread this situation but am also really into it". Sweat drops are falling down their heads to complete the look. Chibita is holding a lit match in-between his teeth and has opened his coat to reveal a sparkly green dress that has two rocket fireworks pointing out from his breasts. Attached to his back are multiple, much larger, rocket fireworks. He is supposed to resemble a Christmas tree. Meanwhile, Karamatsu is posing while sitting on the TV, wrapped in nothing but sparkly green ribbon with a bunch of mistletoe attached to his hair. He is shaking from the cold. Karamatsu has pale skin and short, greyish brown hair, styled as a bowl cut. As this is further in the future than the anime, his hair has started to gray at the sides. He is taller than Chibita. Light is entering the room from behind Chibita, as Karamatsu turned off all the lights in order to prepare for the surprise. Chibita is a short, bald man with three whisker-like markings on each cheek. He has beige skin.

The Pioneer (He/him)

Despite being one of the most feared men in the universe, he is one of Boss's closest allies. She can always count on him to provide ships when she needs them, shame the same can't be said for good conversation. Not much else is known about him aside from a soft spot for Kring.

Due to an unprecedented side effect of his aptitude, he is an amnesiac. All he really knows is that he loves his siblings and is able to manipulate live cells. Don’t get on his bad side, he can suck the life out of you just as easily as he can heal a wound.

The siblings' begrudging childhood friend, who has been living with Beatrice since his mother died. Kring, on the other hand, he admires greatly. One day he hopes to settle down and become a baker. His aptitude allows him to predict the weather on their home planet.

November: Just in case

Red (She/her)

Kring’s co-pilot who spends most of her time flirting with fate. Once you get past her jokes, however, she clearly cares deeply about those closest to her and envies her best friend's initiative. Red was born able to control chemical reactions, acting as a catalyst.

As we reach the end of book 2 of #CouringConstellations, here are some out of context previews for the next one as a final treat for #ISAD2025
The first of four previews of book 3 of my webcomic, Coursing Constellations. This one shows Beatrice hugging The Pioneer tightly and lifting him up. She is looking up with a smile on her face while he crosses his arms, unamused by both the situation and her strength. The second preview is an image of Tydus, a character not introduced in the comic yet. He is standing by a glass door, curiously looking out of the window as it thunders outside. The thunder is cyan coloured, the same colour as Beatrice's aptitude. In his hand he is holding a violin. This third image is also of Tydus, this time tightly embracing a model clocktower and holding it to his cheek. He is very defensive of it, seeming panicked by something. The final image is of Kring, looking to their side with a mischevious smile on their face. Their eyes are glowing orange, as is the Bowser Wii Remote Red is holding. It is smoking and the sudden change in temperature has caused Red to drop it. Kring is also holding a Wii Remote and Nunchuck, using their wrists to lift them up and down because they are playing the sprint minigame in a Mario and Sonic Olympics game.

A fluffy boa covers my chest and part of my arms, my throat is left exposed but is glitching like I'm on a television screen. My nose is pierced twice, in my septum and to the side. Behind me is a night sky, also coloured in teal, with a constellation above my head. The constellation matches the elemental colours of the siblings in Coursing Constellations and Kring's, soon to be revealed in the story. The siblings have small stars: Cyan, Pink, Green, and Orange, while Kring is represented by a large, golden sun in the middle.
