We are so glad you're here! Thank you for your interest in being part of our anthology celebrating the many ways people experience and become mothers. Whether by birth, adoption, fostering, chosen family, or as a supportive maternal presence—every story matters. Approximately 25-30 contributors will be selected for our initial anthology to be published in 2026, with sequels planned. Write your own chapter or work with us as ghostwriter. Story Submission Details Original first-person, nonfiction essays, poems, letters, and short reflections Our Process Interest forms will be reviewed as they are submitted. Prospective contributors will meet with an editor(s) to discuss your story idea in more detail and determine your editorial schedule. You should expect two rounds of supportive, developmental edits as well as final copy editing. Whether you are an experienced writer or not, this is intended to be a collaborative, affirming process.
