stop asking if trump “can” or “wants to” serve a third term. the 12th and 22nd amendments are entirely clear that he legally can’t.
if he’s on the 2028 ballot, the constitution is dead, so we’ll have some other issues to worry about. but maybe don’t legitimize it before hand??
