A forum thread. Red: I too wish if I can just turn off my hearing and relax a day without noise. Green: Ear plugs are real and they are fabulous. Red: Yeah I know but I have tinnitus and it makes me go crazy. Blue: Put your palms on your ears and thump in the soft spot in the back of your head with your fingers. Should resonate and feel like your head is the inside of a drum. 15-30 seconds. Makes tinnitus go away for a while for most people. Sometimes mine goes away for the rest of the day. Red: HOLY FUCK dude it went away, I cannot thank you enough. Blue: Excellent! I hope it gives you many hours of peace. Orange: Dude! THANK YOU! The wisdom really is in the comments.
