If they boarded as soon as they learned it was a false alarm we'd be gone by now instead we're watching the radar and thinking maybe the excitement we need is hail to break a window.

Now the storm is really here and it hailing, so they've removed everyone who did board already while people wait for the windows in the terminal to shatter.

They boarding the next group but called for a delay as many of the passenger left rhe terminal during the alarm and had to be escorted back through security. So they stopped again.
