Literally making everything harder. How can you enforce the laws if everyone is going out of their way to impede you. If you don’t like the law elect different politicians.

So everyone complains when ICE makes a rare mistake when arresting illegal immigrants but at the same time want to deprive them of the information needed to improve their accuracy? What is the goal here?

So the organisation known for escalating situations escalated the situation. If I take my child to shark infested waters and told them to take a swim, I am criminally negligent. Both sides can be at fault.
This was a predictable outcome. I would not risk even a 1% chance of tear gassing my child.

Yes if you artificially boost based on race, in a country with a majority white population you have to mathematically discriminate against that white population. Hiring is a zero sum game.
