Yeah this isn't based on football merit.

Seriously? "People who had a full trial and were convicted by a jury could only DREAM of being thrown in a van and deported to a prison that they'll never escape without ever seeing the inside of a courtroom!"

These people don't know the meaning of "good faith."

The man who made some kind of arm gesture is seen here in a video produced in some sort of way.

Honestly I think he was a "win at all costs" idiot and not someone who wanted to see the downfall of America... which is why I think he should live 50 more years and see what kind of shit he brought about. That's the best revenge. And maybe have to see how the history books use his name.

Fingertricks with a good, lubed cube are my favorite thing... Like the best possible fidget spinner but bright colored and also helps rearrange the cube into cool patterns.

If you don't want to learn the cube, your can still Google fun patterns and learn fingertricks to make them.

Anyone can do it, and it's super fun once you get the hang of it! Once you learn a beginner method of your choice (YouTube) you learn a few algorithms. What's fun is what we call 'fingertricks' which is where you use certain flicks and turns in the right sequence so you never lift your fingers off.

I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall with F2L. I'm learning so much but not improving my times. I'll get there.

Someone has to explain this to the slow ones like me.

And with kidney disease, glomerular filtration allows leakage of small proteins like albumin and in some cases even larger proteins.

In healthy patients blood proteins levels are regulated tightly, not responsive to dietary protein. It takes extreme cases for blood protein to reflect dietary amnt.

When you googled desperately hoping for something that showed you were right despite not knowing what you'd find, did it strike you as odd that you were only finding results for dialysis patients? A major function of kidneys is eliminating wastes from protein breakdown...

Your original tweet made an inaccurate statement about protein in vegan diets. Then everyone got defensive when that statement was challenged.
January 2, 2025 at 8:04 AM
You know what's not hilarious? That you had an unusual experience and then tried to generalize it incorrectly to scare people away from veganism. Vegans as a population are not at any increased risk of protein deficiency relative to people on standard diets.
January 2, 2025 at 8:03 AM
This is saying if you are literally calorically depleted-- "calories or protein"-- you can't function. That is not the same as saying that measuring albumin is a way to test for dietary protein deficiency.
January 2, 2025 at 8:02 AM
Yes, but what does that have to do with dietary protein being required for folate intake? Of course carrier proteins like albumin bind to all kinds of nutrients, but... that is not at all related to intestinal absorption.

Do you know nothing about this topic, and just google words you want?
January 2, 2025 at 8:01 AM
(3 of 3) In truth, if someone cannot eat a perfect plant-based diet due to health issues, they can still be vegan. But like men who find many reasons to object to condoms (I'm too big!), many who coincidentally disagree with vegan ethical principles cite questionable nutritional objections to it.

(2 of 3*) There are many rational fallacies, misconceptions about nutrition and animal agriculture, objectively contradictory social norms, and other barriers preventing some people from seeing the connection, but this simple principle does result in veganism.
December 30, 2024 at 2:58 AM
The emotion is because veganism's definition on origination, and to its practitioners, is not a diet. It is a simple moral principle: when possible, avoid harm to beings capable of experiencing harm. I can't make you care about others, unfortunately, but those who do are vegans (1 of 2).
December 30, 2024 at 2:55 AM
You seem to be getting protein and B12 mixed up when you discuss folate absorption.

Also, albumin isn't a dietary protein, and the amount in your blood is not a reflection of dietary protein intake.

Sorry, in truth I shared a well-referenced video, not a study. I can share the many studies referenced, if needed.
