This is probably the greasiest thing I have made in a long time. Start cooking bacon, after a couple flips throw in egg scramble on top of the bacon. Roll up. Place some where else. Add mayo to outside of bread and cook that in whatever I left in the pan. All I’m missing is cheese.

So that pan was on the ground and I just hadn’t had a chance to pick it up yet that day. I finally go to grab it and this is what I had found. It looks like he is prepping himself for dinner lol

Took all day. I had to take a pic before wrapping it all up. Slow cooked shredded beef, elote rice and sauce( corn was in the rice) and pico de gallo with kiwi. Tummy couldn’t be happier.
