Is it just me or are people lacking confidence nowadays? Like when working with people they are not confident in what they are doing even though they have more training and knowledge in a certain area of expertise than me. It's almost like they can't take charge of situations.

@hankgreen.bsky.social I have hEDS. Can you explain to me why they haven't been able to find the Genetic markers for it yet and why it's so hard to figure it out?
