These seem fine, by the point in the game these usually come out players should likely be able to answer or handle this sort of effect, and if they can't it is at least limited to creatures and doesn't scale further.

No, when he dies you can choose to place him in your command zone instead as a state based action, he will never actually be sent to the bottom so it doesn't fulfill the requirements of to return the cards.

The death trigger isn't what gives the card back, it's of he goes to the bottom of the deck, so the cards will stay exiled
