Makes sense! I really wish I had the capacity to get a good, nuanced grasp on this sort of thing. Probably why I never went into the hard sciences, despite having now discovered that I love them. 😅

Ooo I love this take. You're so right. There are enough of us that it clearly isn't a total genetic accident (geneticists & lay enthusiasts, feel free to correct me), but there's no reason to think we would necessarily have been *perfectly* suited to life at some point in our imagined past.

When the revolution comes we need to remember it isn't the robots' fault for existing, its Management's fault for using them to replace us.

Really it isn't any different than companies using overseas or illegal labor.
