So it was intended as a separate co-equal branch. What do you mean that it should have been separate in the first place? I'm having difficulty envisioning that. Can you give an example?

Fascists have an opportunity to make inroads as long as the paradox of intolerance is ignored. Fascism is a set of 4 ideologies. So controlling it starts at the free speech level. Tackle that and the corporate collusion aka corporatism.
