Finally finished Lesson 2 of Carcamo’s watercolour workout on schoolism ! I just don’t know how he indicates rock textures so easily! I’m so bad at rendering and painting textures haha. Still I’m glad I did not give up midway and stepped out of my comfort zone a little🎼 #gouache #practice

I'm Oneul H and I'm an aspiring illustrator. Here are a few of my artworks, thanks!

A new birthday candle, unlit.  Narration: My mum said, on the day I was born, I tried really hard not to come out of her womb. I think there was something so frightening in this world that I didn't want to be born in the first place. A dark black background with a tint of deep blue. Narration: Was it all the darks I had to wander alone? The dazzling sun. Narration: Or, was it light that ruthlessly sheds light on everything? Colourful birthday candles. I am by no means a classical music expert, but I really enjoy listening to it. And one of my favourite soloists is Hilary Hahn. Her music made me realise how much I love the sound of the violin. #🎼

I have always liked Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker suite, so I went to see the ballet last December! The Snowflakes sequence was so beautiful that I wanted to paint the scene my way #🎼 #artbyoneulh
