Picked up a GBA game I sold some years ago. Bomberman Tournament. 4 Player Bomberman battles with a Zelda/Pokemon style adventure mode too. Gonna have a full playthrough soon. #backlog2025

Finally finished Mario Odyssey on Switch! I got it with the Switch and bounced of it once I got to Donk City. Really great game though and quite addictive. More post story stuff to do! #backlog2025

Bugsnax complete on PS5. Good game, like something Rare would come up with. Not too hard and lots of missions and side-quests to do. Some representation of same sex couples, which you don't see often in games, so that's cool. Good for kids and adults! #backlog2025

Day of the Tentacle Remastered complete on PS5. An absolute classic, I completed this decades ago on PC, when it was released. I only needed one small hint this time 😀 #backlog2025

Abzû complete on PS4/5 in one sitting! Short game but chilled out with great music and graphics. A bit like Journey, and as with that game, I wasn't really sure what was happening. I enjoyed it all though so would recommend a playthrough to anyone. #backlog2025

Hollow Knight completed on PS5 today. This is a great MetroidVania style game. While not as visually stunning as Ori, it still looks and sounds fantastic. It is a little challenging in places (there was much swearing), but different charm combinations help. #backlog2025

For those following along, I started going through the whole circuit with a multimeter. Straight away the connection from the power input seemed sensitive. Continuity wasn't great, so went to replace the solder and immediately the pads came off and look corroded underneath. Scraped back some of ...

Viewfinder complete on steam. What a brilliant and clever puzzle game this is. Loved how they did the different effects. Everyone with a PC or PS5 needs to play this. Highly recommended! #backlog2025

Started a playthrough of Firewatch on PS5 and couldn't put it down, until I'd completed it! It's an easy and fairly short game but well done. Give it a play if you haven't already. #backlog2025

Fez completed on PS5. I didn't get everything but still managed well over 100%. Stop making me figure out translations to alien languages though. Ain't nobody got time for that! Still a good puzzle platformer with a retro look. #backlog2025

Played through all of Untitled Goose/Geese Game, on PS5 in 2 player, with my wife. Kinda wish it was split screen but still great fun in co-op. #backlog2025

Just completed Split Fiction on PS5 with my wife. From the same people who made 'It Takes Two', this is even better. Another great couch or online co-op game. Fantastic from start to finish and that last stage was amazing! Recommended! #backlog2025

Lost Vikings complete on Switch as part of the Activision Blizzard collection. I had this on the SNES back in the 90s and loved it but never completed it. Some of that design is just plain evil 🤣 #backlog2025

2570330 for Nitro Ball so far now. Only managed one go today, as my daughter saw me playing and decided we needed to play through it in 2 player. That final boss is a little hard, and also has the head of a Cylon #10pScore

1879630 after two games on Nitroball. Didn't help that my screen started rolling during the second stage. Luckily, I was a ball at the time, so it came back before I got killed! Liking it though, kind of Smash TV/Mercs meets video pinball #10pScore

Kinda hooked on this at the minute. Kingdom Come Deliverance, the first one. Janky in places and the lock picking is downright evil, but I'm having fun, and it's gorgeous to look at.

Lunark completed on PC via Steamdeck. If you love Flashback or Another World, you will love this. Great gameplay, graphics, audio, loved it. Glued to it from start to finish and didn't realise it was 2am when I finally finished it. #backlog2025

High on Life finished on PS5. Basically a Rick and Morty shooter but I really liked this one. The only downside is that Morty/Kenny voice can get annoying after a while. #backlog2025
