Stole/botched a crispy chili oil & feta egg recipe I saw on some Instagram thing, but I wanted a sandwich so also toasted an English muffin, drizzled with olive oil & onion powder, and added spinach (for my health). I have notes but it tastes like a win over here.

This was just a random lunch the other day, but seeing this pic made me realize I’ve been dressing and behaving like a Dad to some degree or another since I was 14 or 15? Anyway good burgers and shakes at Brownie’s in Tulsa.

I didn't realize how much of my adult life would involve hiring skilled industry professionals (such as Luke here), then asking them to dig giant holes for a fake casket. My fourth time at least!
