What is her job again? They say that the worst thing that can happen to someone at work is to be promoted above their level of competence! I reckon that applies to every member of the Trump administration including the bloke at the top! To be fair we knew that about him after his last go round

The rot started when they bought McDonnell Douglas who were in trouble for putting profit before safety! Then they allowed the people who ran the aforementioned company to take over their own senior management!

Can voting be made compulsory? Voter suppression seems to the norm in red states though! Considering the actual margins last time just getting a couple of percent more out to vote would probably be a good thing for the Dems

I doubt, under Obama, he was allowed to operate as he is under Trump! In 2014 he suggested the separation of families but there is no evidence of it being a policy under Obama! Whereas under Trump!

Good job they decided not to hold one in D.C. then! Just everywhere else! Good idea because, knowing Trump, he would use the protestor numbers to claim he had the largest crowd ever! This will be the first military parade with tanks, guns and planes that is not to celebrate the end of a war!

We have 3 ‘ sawbills’ in Europe, Goosanders, Red Breasted Mergansers and Smew. I have been lucky enough to see all 3 on the local river here in Umeå in NE Sweden although the Smew was a female or a young bird.

North America? If not they are called Goosander in the UK. Seen lots of them including a group (flock?) of 10 recently but I have never seen them with chicks 🤨

The UK 🇬🇧 has strict rabies laws and animals coming into the country had to spend time in quarantine! In 1969 a pet dog died of rabies and the government killed every animal within a 2 mile radius! Last human death was in 1902
