I voted SNP every election for one reason only Independence. I joined after ref but after years of the party talking about having to get 60%+ win or a “clear” mandate I cancelled and gave my money to I believe. Maybe wrong move but you can’t keep stringing people along with no plan kicking the can.

They’re not there because they are getting signals that Independence is not a priority. Being the Gov is taking a lot of their energy and focus especially at the moment with the far right rising but you have to provide a reason for people to vote for you and past hits are not enough.

This is not a good result. People are tired John. They need something to get their engines running again. Positivity. Policy decisions that will affect most people lives. Housing and cost of living are good starts.
