I used to have a prescription for imitrex when I worked on the road but I’m terrified of doctors and haven’t gotten a new one in over ten years.
Migraine caps, caffeine and ibuprofen are what I use to make them manageable.

More SGJ. The Indian Lake Trilogy is amazing. Also The Only Good Indians is a yearly reread for me around this time of year.
