As his coach you should notice that Junior is built differently from you. You can train on endurance and legitimately feel dizzy but throwing up after an intense workout is a sign of gained strength for him

He's a pro at front raises and bodyweight exercises tho, he's given proof of great explosive strength and endurance... no iron needed for the moment 💪
