The mayor of my home town condoned the lynching of homeless people. His response to rumors of the homeless in the city starting fires was “you got the tree I got the rope”. These fascists are not only in federal and state government - they are in our hometowns.

This is the other 3 legged cat we rescued. Her name is Buffy. She just hobbled up to my wife one day in front of our home and became part of the family instantly. Hopefully she can teach Penny a few tricks.

This is Penny. She was the first street cat we saved. We recently found out she had a rare form of cancer and had to have emergency surgery to remove one of her hind legs. She has made it through surgery and is home recovering. So we now have 2 three legged cats in our home.
