Crocheting lace on the edge of a shirt because I want something to do while I slowly collect the stuff to make a corset, then the chemise, corset cover and drawers, and finally the dress. Esp considering that I plan to trim all the undies with handmade lace.

In a shocking twist, the lace that is for curtains is very unpleasant on the skin. We shall see how the clever seamstress gets out of this mess.

I will single-handedly resurrect semi dead handicrafts just so I can put handmade lace on my dresses and brag about it. (Tongue in cheek, I know it’s not fully dead, it’s just uncommon)

Also it’s amazing the difference one strand of thread can make in size when it comes to these tiny pieces.

Taking this chance to show off my new mask and new hair at the same time! Turns out I needed child sized masks 🫩🤦🏻‍♀️ doesn’t solve the heat problem, but at least they aren’t stabbing me in the eye anymore.

World war three? I shall go with a puzzle in my living room.
