The trolls, bots, plants, agent provocateurs are all coming out in force lately

In a lot of efforts — to get violent, to dissuade from using your vote, to turn against the opposition by demeaning them or all politicians

Watch out, don’t buy it

I wouldn't call his year outstanding either, but I'd be reticent to put Hadjar and Bearman despite it being their rookie seasons. Hadjar benefitted from having no real benchmark beside him and what was probably the best car in the midfield. Bearman came on strong in the second half of the season.

Depends what you consider outstanding, you could write off a lot of midfield achievements. Spain was outstanding too along with other races. In the midfield the only drivers to get more points was the Williams pair & Alonso. Albon had a great first half but poor second half & Sainz did the opposite.

It does. Wind provides nearly 30% of the UK's power, solars around 5%. It doesn't invest exclusively in one or the other, it has to diversify the energy sources to create a robust system so that the days there isn't much wind, or there isn't much sun, it's still generating enough for the country.

Was JJ notes 'just make Empire strikes back'? It seemed all he wanted to do was remake the original trilogy. No wonder Rian wanted a blank slate.

Yeah it was a bad thing. Making the same thing over and over again is lazy & boring. With no attempt to be original it's no wonder the series as a whole was so badly recieved. VII added nothing, VIII was contradictory, & IX was a mess. The whole series lacked a cohesive story.

1 does feel its age but for me the characters are a lot more engaging as is the story & I loved the focus on your squads missions in 2. Andromeda I only liked two characters. I didn't like that they ran away from dealing with the aftermath of ME3 & the story was lacking. Combat was fun though.

They still are terrible movies, it's just the sequels are even worse for being completely devoid of an original thought, and the kids who grew up watching those prequels are now adults and look back at them fondly for being flashy with the lightsaber fights. Andromeda was also still pretty poor.

I still play on the PS4, I haven't been tempted to upgrade to the latest gen. I may as well wait to PS6 and skip the PS5 entirely.

A year before in Hungary Lando gave a win back after Mclaren made a mess of the stops, even though Lando was in title contention. So I consider Monza fair dues. I'd rather Mclaren didn't involve themselves at all. Besides Piastri lost no other place nor had any damage. It was a bump nothing more.

I understand Piastri's frustration, but Norris had got up the inside and right under the gearbox of Verstappen. Things got tight, it happens at a race start. Piastri took a bump but didn't get damage nor lose anything that he hadn't already lost. It's a race, Norris just got one over him this time.

Wait but when's the right time to watch a film about a plane crash?

While still getting ads too! Makes me wonder what's even the point of Prime?

Australia also has a lot of open land and more ideal conditions for generating energy through solar power. The UK is more ideally suited to generating energy through wind power, which is why we have so many in the North Sea.

I don't doubt Red Bull put Hadjar in the seat come 2026 but after the performances of Gasly, Albon, Perez, Lawson & now Tsunoda all going down when in the Red Bull (and up again with other teams) there's little reason to think a change in driver will result in improved performance in that 2nd seat.

Good for him. A shame the sprints suck and aren't worth a damn. A shameless cash grab by FOM.

Can we please be rid of these utterly worthless format.
1. Gives you an idea how things will play out in the race.
2. No one takes risks so boring.
3. Too short for strategy.
4. Low points so not a whole lot of value in championship terms.
5. Really really boring.

CBS being idiots, but I'm sure we'll see Colbert back on our screens elsewhere before the end of 2026. Hopefully the rest of the team at the Late show go with him.

The exact opposite to the 2023 Haas Hulkenberg drove. He could Qualify as high as 4th and then plummet down the order through the race. Much better to have a car that goes forward in race. (Even better to have one that qualifies well and races well.)

He also would have gotten his first podium in Spain before following it up three races later with a first win.
July 7, 2025 at 11:37 PM
Same thing as what happened to everyone else who has been put into the Red Bull seat since 2019.
July 6, 2025 at 6:23 PM
Well that's crap. I have no intention of going back to the hell hole that twitter has become. So guess I won't be getting a official qpr social media feed. Thanks for that.
But there will probably be someone out there who copies whatever you post elsewhere and posts it here. I'll just follow them.
