I didn’t make the argument that American workers are lazy, my point is H1B workers can be exploited easily as their visas depend on their employers, their future salary growth, movements can be restricted for years.

Cheap labor in comparison, if they hired an American they would have to pay more and they would have the flexibility to leave as they wish.
