Tammy and I attended the Hands Off rally in support of our democracy at the Capitol in St. Paul. It was nice to see such a good turnout.

This is a fascinating read that offers a slight bit of hope that there are people on the inside (likely the Pentagon) who are trying to sound alarms when they can.

It's disturbing that 4 of 9 SCOTUS justices prefer a king to a president, dissenting in yesterday's ruling that Trump has to release funds to USAID after all. Now, we'll wait and see if Trump complies, and if not, what then?

The fact checkers have got their work cut out for them after this divisive, immigrant-bashing rant of a presidential address. No calls for unity and nothing uplifting in his message — just another rally for the gullible and for the bigoted. This is sad to witness. I miss my country.

It feels like our flags in the U.S. should be at half mast for at least the month of March after seeing our corrupt president and his administration turn their backs on our democracy and our allies to give a full-on embrace of Putin’s authoritarianism.

Anyone else miss the quiet, competent way that Biden went about being president?

The press is failing us again. All this talk about Trump’s remarks about Gaza are a distraction from what’s happening with USAID and Musk’s illegal access to Dept of Treasury’s servers. What Musk is doing is a high crime. He needs to be stopped, but who’s going to do that? What a nightmare.
