I learnt today that statistics and statistic are two completely different terms.
This comes as a surprise since even google keyboard auto corrected it to statistics.
In short, Statistic can be understood as a subset/part of statistics.
Any function of a sample out of a population is statistic.

I thought being a probability expert was tuff.
Then I went into Stats and dropped to Discrete RVs and their PMFs, was smooth sailing until I got to PDFs.

Continuous random variables take the cake 😭😭
Like… what do you mean any individual point has zero probability 💢💢

I've recently started studying 3D printing and it's such a wonderful thing that most of the technology was developed in the 80s.
We have only fine tuned and increased its bio-compatiblity.
Same as AI-ML, gradient descent and loss functions were developed a long while back, we are still using them.
