The UN GA address was like watching a dystopian story about the fall of an empire. I can't really imagine the horror and mockery that went on behind the scenes. Hell, maybe no one is even surprised anymore. Just another day at the end of the world.

I'm guilty of long-ass city descriptions. Luckily I've learned my lesson and now avoid eye-glaze with succinct intros, and sprinkling in more details as they move through the city, spreading out the info dump into bite sized bits.
