She is looking forward to the remainder of her residency learning all about agency work with CDFW, completing the Master of Preventive Veterinary Medicine at UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, and being involved in wildlife projects through the WHC.

Since starting her residency, Dr. Riner has participated in wildlife health and research efforts of all shapes and sizes all over the state of California, including live capture of 10+ different species.
