Adenomyosis sucks, sorry you have to deal with it too. I had an ablation about 18 months ago, happy to answer any questions if you're considering that route.

This is what works for me... Pick any neutral word, and then go through each letter coming up with as many words that start with that letter. I rarely make it to the second letter. YMMV.
