Jacques Yves Cousteau called it 'the world of silence'. The ocean is the mother of all life and a source of peace and wisdom for all those that live it. Let's listen to its voice. #WorldEnvironmentDay #Freediving

Playing Dungeons & Dragons with the family on a lazy bank holiday weekend Monday is my definition of peace and bliss.

Beautiful day in Ireland for #groundwater sampling.

How about if you want to live in Portugal, Spain or France, you should learn to speak the local language. It's called reciprocity. Right, Keir? Maybe in time for the next trip when you lot go over to get smashed, behave like dicks and crap all over our people and call it 'letting the hair down' 🤡

Witching hour. In the midst of chaos and angst, a moment of stillness.

'Heard and McDonald islands hit with 10% tariff'

Ok, I get it. The gringos buy a pint for 8 € (Temple Bar, lads) - agent orange yells we stole 8 € from them, reciprocates 'kindly' with a tariff of 4 € (50%).
Pint is now 12 €.
So if gringos no buy, no 'tariff'.
But what did penguins sell the US?

To take a breather from the chaos over the past month, did some bagels for the family. Important things first.

Better natural water quality expected across #Ireland (vs. 2023), if the report published by @epaireland.bsky.social is right. Before celebrating, 2 Q's:

a) Confidence interval around the means in plot?
b) Causal link?

The face of a foreign secretary realizing that the enemy is not at the gates, it is in the compound. Facilitated by a bunch of sycophants that whipped up the masses on pints and fake patriotism. A 'special relationship', now with Putin. Trident? Nukes? US Air bases? In UK.
