Honestly probably not and that's ok. Memories like that after a very long time will sort of at least come back less frequently and maybe not linger as much. Its helpful to learn to acknowledge it but not let it stay and disrupt the present. Its rough either way and I hope you feel better soon. 💜

I go one by one even if its simple because of similar burnout. That way I can pause but not create stress if there's more waiting if mental health caused a paralysis in work flow making it worse. Only things I've left open to more than one are bases since its mostly done.

True. From the very few I've followed, they've been offered and asked why they never increase the team size because they like how their workflow is, as is. But I don't doubt theres many that have these problems in the indie community. I know the player base notoriously can be ruthless to small teams

So good. I mean its small/solo teams and very much passion projects with solid stories, emotions and actually finished product. Its sad seeing older games get sold out to big greedy companies and just tank the whole franchise too. The majority of AAA miss the soul of it all.

Wondering why no one likes your posts anymore, even among your friends? It's because @jay.bsky.team and team have decided to hide a huge amount of content from all of our feeds by default.

Here's how to turn it off.

First go to the hamburger menu in the upper left corner
