What would "Radioing for backup" do? They weren't attacking anyone. So if they were calling anyone it would be to come and rescue them. So the US military illegally blew up their boat, then killed them cause they thought they were calling for help.

In Japan, they don't provide paper towels, you bring your own little folded up, reusable towel. Its so civilized to see little children, wash their hands, then pull out their little hand towel, dry their hands, then fold the little towel back up and put it away. Civilization folks.
