Congratulations to Matt Jackson who has been awarded his first project grant through the @medsci.ox.ac.uk Internal Fund Pump-Priming Scheme 🥳

This award will allow Matt to build on initial findings from his doctoral research, investigating the fundamental cell biology of CD8+ T cells.

Aihan has recently joined the Department of Oncology as a postdoc researcher, studying cancer vaccines as part of the GO-PRECiSE Alliance. She is working on the design & validation of mRNA-based vaccines for cancer prevention, particularly neoepitope discovery.

Dr James Chettle is a postdoctoral researcher here at the Department of Oncology, studying the biology of ovarian cancer in its earliest stages and looking for features that can be exploited with new treatments.
