I have attempted a pumpkin pie. Coconut milk instead of evaporated milk, since that’s what I had on hand. I haven’t tasted it yet, so tomorrow will be the real test, but it set up nicely after I took it out of the oven!

Introductions: I recently completed a PhD in Comparative Literature looking at the evolution of Cinderella’s magical helper. I love fashion studies, fairy tales, children’s lit, cats, video games, and tea. Currently London-based, maybe Los Angeles soon!
