Und for the Record- ich (Earl) hab's kommen sehen 😆

Wonderful Leaders jersey and trophy for the wonderful Ali Jackson at the Gracia-Tour in CZ

Doesn’t win for years, wins twice in two days.. there surely must be some philosophical wisdom in that! 😏

(On a side note, if you’re into riding your bike or are into any other outdoor activity, the Jura might be worth a visit even if you’re not Guillaume Martin-Guyonnet!)

Feels like having been dropped at the Kwaremont on a great day of cycling as well, Pippo and Mads 😅🇧🇪 #E3SaxoClassic

With Paris-Nice coming to an end, it’s time to remember that before becoming an eurosport commentator, King Kelly was pretty impressive on a bike, on the road! Winning “the race to the sun” a record 7 times in a row, he won the UCI Ranking the first 5 times of its existence and 4x the green jersey 💚

Next: Cadel Evans. Appears, he nickname was never for real and he finally succeeded having it removed from Wikipedia. However, winning the TdF in 2011, he became one of only 3 non-Europeans to win the race! Somehow often forgotten, but his career has actually been quite successful and impressive! 🦘💛

Time for - and one of the best of all time in his craft: Erik “Ete” Zabel. Riding for Team Telekom, he set a record for winning the green jersey at the TdF 6 times in a row between 96 and 01. His superstition is legendary: if a train was crossing a bridge, he would stop and wait for it to pass. 🚂🐎

Since a certain Slovenian was recently spotted at Arenberg, here comes one of if not the greatest classics rider ever! He is one of only 3 riders to have won all 5 monuments and his 4 wins at Paris-Roubaix are a record only matched by Tom Boonen.

Since we still have a race at #EDB2024, here comes the only German ever to win the Étoile de Bessèges in 1978, when he won stages 2-5 beating Sean Kelly and Joop Zoetemelk among others. Goes to show you how much tradition is behind this race! 🇩🇪🇫🇷

Was hat er gegen ihn:

Nice to see so many Pro Tour teams and star riders at the Étoile de Bessèges! Always had a soft spot for this race.. and how can one possibly not?! I mean, just look at it! 😍

Let’s continue our small series with the legendary Alfredo Binda! A rider so good and dominant, the Gazzetta dello Sport payed him 22,500 lira to not compete in the 1930 Giro (roughly 24,500€). His record of 41 stage wins at the Giro stood for 70 years - beaten only in 2003 by Mario Cipollini.

Demi Vollering just opened up about her feelings about "losing"(finishing second) at the TDFF 2024. It's a strong and moving statement from a very strong and moving woman. Opening up on mental health is always a big, yet important step.👇(1/2)

Did you know, for example, that the 22nd TdF in 1928 was the first to feature a team from Australia and New Zealand? Or that it did allow teams to replace exhausted or injured riders? It was also only the second TdF ever, to feature a Team Time Trial, after it was first introduced the year before.

Let’s jump back in time “a bit” to Nicolas Frantz! His second consecutive GC win at the TdF came in 1928, when he took over the Maillot Jaune after the first stage - and never relinquished it before the Tour finished in Paris after 22 stages and 5376km. 🚵🇱🇺💛

But honestly: scrolling through the list of major achievements on Wikipedia is insanely impressive! And well, then there is still his part in bringing a certain Matthieu van der Poel into existence… the similarity looks-wise is uncanny!
January 27, 2025 at 6:44 PM
Since it was somewhat spoilered, next up: Adrie van der Poel! While his career on the road is quite impressive, it pales in comparison to what he achieved in Cyclo-cross! But you really gotta feel for this guy: overshadowed by his father-in-law and his son, the caricature isn’t exactly flattering 😬

Und schon wieder geht eine Fahrerin viel zu früh von uns. Unser herzliches Beileid den Verwandten und Freunden von Sara Piffer 🖤🕯

Another young rider has passed away far too early. Our hearts are with the family and friends of Sara Piffer 🖤🕯

Since we’ve been labeled a “porn bot”, we figured we need to post some naked skin at least once 😏

Nothing to win but praise, respect and glory, but anyone recognize all the legends assembled here?
