Np. I haven't personally tried replacing the dll and only read about in Steam discussions but just turning ingame HDR off brought me from 70fps to 120fps right away.

Do you use the ingame HDR? There's an issue with Frame Generation not working at all while HDR is active. This can be fixed by (obviously) not using HDR or by placing the most recent FG-dll in the game's directory
