I had horrible knee pain and insurance would not authorize it and said PT first. Physical therapists could tell it was a bad injury. I finally asked how much it would be out of pocket and it was $350. Insane. Root tear of meniscus was diagnosis and I needed total knee replacement .

My daughter spent hours applying for a grant for making a comfortable library corner . She was awarded 500 dollars and is very happy. She received about 120 dollars worth of books that and some bean bag chairs. She has also spent hundreds of dollars of her own money buying books, class supplies
