Started my parsley, cilantro, and basil a couple days ago. I don’t have much luck with cilantro from seed but we will see what happens. The only basil seeds I could find were for purple basil so pesto should be interesting this year.

Started making this salad and kept having to get a bigger and bigger bowl. How am I going to eat all of this. Hahaha #plantbased #vegan

This week I started all of my peppers. Last year I messed up the habanero because I harvested too soon but the pizza and purple jalapeno were amazing. I took at year off from shishito and the early jalapeno are new this year. These are all in the aerogarden to start. #garening

We loved these last year so I started them again this year. They are compact plants and they don’t need to be staked or trellised. Plus you can just walk by and eat them all the time. #garending

The last week of February I started my lettuce, kale, and arugula seeds. I usually start them in the aerogarden but this year I wanted more room in those for tomatoes and peppers so I used a seed starting tray. Not impressed with my skills. They are definitely leggy. #gardening

Mental health crochet. Started a new blanket to keep me occupied and stop tracking as much news. This one is a request from my husband after I made something similar in pink for my daughter.
