Slow sweary trail runner. Did I tell you I ran a marathon? Well 6 of them and two Ultras, actually. I still walk up hills. Animals, humour, food, feminism. Learning to be kind.
I walked past a wheelie bin last week that was alarming.
I can only assume someone got so sick of their smoke alarm they ripped it off the ceiling and threw it in the bin

And get some sandbags to stack around where the runoff got in to prevent future issues until you can get your drainage sorted
