Definitely better now. I think the more experience you get, the more you understand that there are no dumb questions or ideas. Working a bit in customer-facing support also helped. You’ve got to scope and ask a lot of questions!

Some team members can spot a problem but won’t speak up because they fear they might be wrong. I think I struggled with this for a while.
