Meet Cain Ross, captain of a vampire hunter cult. The video presents Cain's past (getting promoted), Cain's present (starting his journey after failing an intervention and losing his right eye), and Cain's future (death, as he perishes during the main storyline). The background is a hallway in Cain's childhood home, where his sister Amily was abducted by vampires to attempt a ritual to resurrect the first vampire to ever curse the Earth. There is also a frame, in which is a picture of Cain and his sister (you can't really see it in the animation, but it's there lol), when they were children. It's here to taunt Cain about not being able to save neither his sister nor himself.
