So maybe I’m just one of his friends playing a prank. But I know what he didn’t, what he couldn’t have told anyone. I know that we kept the glass eye in the windowsill - that loose board that got held in place when the window was shut - until we moved out. I know that it’s in your pocket, your left pocket, right now. Convincing enough? I hope it is. I feel like it would convince me, so hey. But I’ve also seen a lot at this point. So maybe you’ll just need to trust me a bit."
