Dude BE selfish, make it other people's problem. This genuinely may be life or death in a way far less obvious than a stroke is. Pushing people away like this is a symptom, and if serves only to make your mental worse and push away the possibility of treatment. You deserve to be heard.

You DESPERATELY need an advocate, you need someone to say no everything is NOT ok and really contradict the doctor's on this, whether friend or family or even a professional advocate
