You are a guest in the house of another culture. To them, talking about politics like we do is bad manners. So we don’t talk politics in their house.

Are people saying they’re going to red note to replace TikTok? I thought we were all just doing it as a fuck you to the government. It’s a cool app and it’s really cool to talk to Chinese people in a way I haven’t before, but it’s bad manners to post politics at all on there.

Guild Wars 2 (mmo) doesn’t cost monthly subscription- you pay for the game once, and you’re done. It’s nice. So when I have extra money I’ll throw a few dollars at the cash shop (which is mostly cosmetics and QOL stuff) to keep the game going.
