There is some conflicting information out there. CNN has Petro retaliating with tariffs of his own on US goods, while the ever-reliable FOX gleefully portrays Petro as "brought to heel", offering his presidential plane with no mention of tariffs. Yahoo UK also now highlights retaliatory tariffs.
