I’m in the all consuming research and ideas stage a new non fiction book. This mostly revolves around finding and buying out of print books, hunting through them and leaving behind a trail of paper slips with illegible notes written on them. #thesmellofoldbooks #iamwriting

2018, Not In Front of the Children and Sharp, Flicknife Records and Other Adventures hit the dizzy heights of US magazine Goldmine’s best of the year at numbers 6 and 4 respectively. Not In Front was the also the Shindig Mag best book and a Spectator best book of that year. Both still available.

The Room of Wrong Reflections. Art work by the incredible Sean Longcroft, with text/graphic design by Lauren Winton. Another nightmarish collection of tunes, released on HL Records for Xmas in 2022. Sold out but a downloadable version is coming at some point.

Incredible works by MAŁGORZATA MIRGA-TAS at the Tate St Ives. In particular the Siukar Manusia (Wonderful People) series. Simultaneously monumental, world historical, intimate and domestic, the Siukar Manusia portraits encapsulate experience on micro personal and macro human/global levels.
