How do you deal with your bilingual community? Some of my friends and colleagues are Turkish, speak only Turkish and the rest can speak English only.

What would you do?

Do you also feel like we are missing a "Header" on Notifications Page? I'd be a lot more happier if there was a simple header as we have in Moderation page.
