When the MoD responded to the Commission's request to identify people in photos and videos identified by the Commission, it identified 298 people by their explicit names suspected of involvement in violations, a figure that remains preliminary.

On March 6, the regime remnants carried out a series of large-scale hostile operations, targeting army and public security headquarters, checkpoints, and patrols. The remnants blocked main roads and killed 238 young security and army personnel in the governorates of Latakia, Tartus, and Hama.

Al Jumhuriya says it was a group of 20 from the Red Brigades, HTS elite unit, that attacked Hmeimim Air Base last Tuesday. The group planned the attack without their superiors' knowledge at the Syrian MoD. Four of the attackers were killed, including a Syrian and an Egyptian.
