He didn't clarify that private spending will never fund what public spending used to fund.

London's traffic is 1mph slower than New York.
Maybe London's mayor should get a grip.
The Ketamine Kid and his chainsaw should certainly speed up NYC's traffic - reverse the King's abolition of the congestion charge? Allow different colour cars on different days?
