Worth noting is that her only head coach experience is with Rosengård, where she had Therese Sjögran (currently sporting director at Man City) as long-serving sporting director. Generally I think that Swedish head coaches have way less influence on signings than in England

We talk a lot about how many chances Blackstenius misses (there’s many) but why is it that those chances doesn’t come when Russo (who many claim is the best striker itw) is in the 9? Why do we always have to rely on Stina making those in the last minutes instead of Russo securing it before?

A bit more Liverpool-centric but is Beata Olsson possibly the best recruit from outside WSL this summer? Had scored 4/6 Liverpool goals this season and seems to be the optimal striker to do something when you are pushed back. Feels like more people should talk about what she’s doing

Do you know if they are simply looking for a loanee to make the bench better until Manu is back or are they seriously looking for someone that might (permanently) challenge Daph (or at least Manu) when they come back?
